Television

I guess my taste in television doesn't align with most people. Of the new shows this year, most of my favorites are gone. After rhapsodizing about Drive, it got canceled after two episodes aired. The Nine is gone as is The Black Donnelly's. Studio 60 is still not officially canceled, but it certainly looks like it's headed that way. Evidently my tastes in television, sucks!

It was a show on ABC about nine people who were in a bank as it was being robbed. The bank robbery itself was only shown in bits and pieces as flashbacks. That show was really about what happens after a traumatic experience. The nine become acquaintances because of the experience and start having a meal once a week. Some of them become more involved with each other. Others who knew each other before the robbery deal with the fallout of the experience. I don't think it really got a chance to do what it could have gone but I was fascinated by it.

IMDB says 13.

Netflix has it listed, so I saved it there. We'll see if they release to dvd...

they may have shot all 13 episodes, but we only saw 6 or 7 before it was put on indefinite hiatus. I wonder if they'll release all 13 episodes once it comes out on DVD. if so, we're going to have a marathon, okay Stonebender?
