I hope you feel better soon. Mostly, though, I had to tell you that the word for "cellulite" in Spanish is "cellulitis". So I automatically read your first sentence as "I came down with cellulite yesterday." It took me a moment to work out why you'd be on antibiotics for that. Also, I kind of cracked up at the idea of suddenly coming down with it!
