Anita, is being very flexible about all this. I said two weeks, but she's made it clear she would be willing to work up to 30 days if necessary. Her reason for leaving isn't anything about me or the job. She's just feeling like she wants to make some progress, make more money learn more things and that isn't really happening in this job. She's taking the H&R Block tax course and hopes to make that a career. She's even agreed to be a backup. I would just like to be able to let her go in the two-week timeframe. More for courtesy than anything else.
