I have had it up to here with authoritarians. Even at a hospital, where they are supposed to be there for you, the guard reflexively made up a hierarchy and then would only talk to the person they imagined should be in charge. I'm sure they didn't mean badly, but they sure as hell could get a clue and listen better.
