Serene's here, whoo-hoo!

It's so cool for serene to get here after just two hours on a plane. Except for having some difficulty finding her at the airport, until she ran into me, everything's been smooth. Going to lunch in Berkeley after much tomatoes and bacon this morning. (Serene says: "And don't forget the quiche -- gotta mention the quiche.") Things are good.

Whoo-hoo to both of you! :-) I hope she didn't have to spend twice as much time getting to and waiting at the airport than she actually did in flight! Anyway, I hope y'all (continue to) have a wonderful weekend!

How long is Serene here? Gary and I are on "Allegra duty" on Monday, and might be up for meeting for coffee-equivalents at Dean's Beans Zocalo, if you both were into it.

Unfortunately, serene will be on a plane on her way home by 9am, Monday. Next time we'll be more social. I hope your visit with your sweetie was as enjoyable as ours was!
