1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?
Had sex with
serenejournal.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make new years resolutions.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not close to me, close to people who are close to me. (Does that make sense?)
5. What countries did you visit?
Only those in my mind.
6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
I'd like to be geographically closer to someone I love (guess who).
7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
January 12th, my first date with
serenejournal.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Finding ways to deal with my depression.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Letting certain negative people bother me too much.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Unlike recent years I have been remarkably healthy.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
For me, my Ammonite. For others popcorn and a digital camera.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
I think Carol is handling her disability much better than she was. I also think (despite her kicking herself) that
serenejournal did well dealing with the loss of a lover.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Mr A.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Food, rent, heating.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
My relationships.
16. What songs will always remind you of 2003?
"Hideout" (Sarah Harmer). "I Woke Up in a Car" (Something Corporate). "The Girl All Bad Guys Want" (Bowling for Soup) “There is” (Box Car Racer), “Temporary Road” (John Gorka)

Much Happier

Fatter.

Got out of the house.

Feeling guilty over things I should have done better.

At my house with Carol, Betty, my parents, my sisters, my brother-in-law, my niece and 2 nephews eating too much Lasagna.
22. Did you fall in love in 2003?
No.

Never had one.
24. What were your favourite TV programmes?
The West Wing, Buffy, Alias, Gilmore Girls, and Joan of Arcadia.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Unfortunately, yes.

House repairs and
