David Clennon, was some kind of an intermediary in The Right Stuff. He was the guy who when Gus Grissom splashed down, said something like: If the public only knew he had done what monkeys had done... Then Yaeger replies, "The astronauts who go into the capsule to be shot into space, know that they could die. Do you think a monkey knows that? It takes a special kind of man to volunteer for suicide mission especially on TV." Anyway, David also played Dr. Silver (a geologist) in From the Earth to the Moon. He was also one of my favorite bad guys in Thirtysomething and Once and Again, Miles Dentrell. I watch too much TV!
