Of course you are absolutely correct. My post wasn't a particularly well thought out rant, I just had to do something or blow up. There are lots of other issues we can lay at their feet as well. Climate change and perhaps nuclear annihilation are way up there on the existential front. I never thought I would be this disappointed in the government. The blatant disregard for any kind of truth boggles my mind. Thanks for the addition.
