stonebenderI've been a little depressed lately which accounts for my quiet journal. serenejournal came to visit last weekend. We didn't have nearly enough time alone, but we already know I'm greedy about serenejournal-time. It was a wonderful weekend even though John Gorka didn't sing, Gypsy Life or Temporary Road. :-(
I avoided Carol's Mega Christmas open house by going to see The Last Samurai, a very good movie even though Tom Cruise was the wrong person for the part. The last battle was too long and the theme of the movie was very similar to Glory (The director's earlier film).
I wish Carol andserenejournal had managed to rest more, but all in all it was a fine weekend.
