50. Have you ever saved someone's life or had your life saved?
Yes.
51. Make up a definition for the following silly words...
Fruitgoogle: an Apple Inc. search engine :-)
Ambytime: time that isn't in a hurry to pass.
Armcactus: an ancient Greek hero who was known to use cactus branches as weapons.
52. What was the last thing you made with your own hands?
My signature. It was getting harder and harder to write my name. So I went to a stationery store to have a stamp made with my signature. I had to sign my name three times. It was exhausting, but I did it. So my signature stamp is actually my signature.
53. What was your favorite toy as a child?
To be honest, an old laundry basket caster. I used to pretends it was a robot. There was also a remote control Corvette that my brother broke almost immediately Xmas morning. I also remember playing with a "Mr. Robot" and a mortar launcher that shot plastic mortars 20 feet or so. Playing with kite was a big favorite of mine.
54. How many TV’s are in your house?
Three

Sitting in the sun, listening to my iPod

Nope.
58. Have you ever been to a psychic/tarot reader?
Sure a few times.
59. What is your idea of paradise?
I'm not sure, but there better be food, sex, books, music and theater.
60. Do you believe in god and if so what is he/she/it like?
This is a very complicated conversation to have here. I believe in an afterlife. I have no evidence that it exists but I prefer to believe in one rather than not. This is an arbitrary dicision which I don't place any value in either positive or negative. I tend to say to people that I believe a god or gods. Unfortunately that brings a lot of assumptions that are not true of me. For example I don't really think of God/Goddess/gods as being something separate from humanity. I choose to believe in several of the Afro-Caribbean deities, but that's kind of a convenience. The archetypes that they represent work for me. I'm particularly fond Shango and Exu. Pomba-jira is important to me as is Oya.
Shango was a king who became a deity. He is concerned with theater, justice, male sexuality, politics.
Exu is chaos, disorder I find him to be a nice balance to Shango
61. Do you believe in Hell?
Nope.
62. What one thing have you done that most people haven't?
Got kissed by Bat Woman?
63. What is the kindest thing you have ever done?
I don't like the "tooting my own horn" that answering this question requires. I try to be kind all the time.

Not inherently and not always, but I have learned ways to increase my patience.
65. What holiday should exist but doesn't?
Now that Talk Like a Pirate Day exists what more do you need?
66. What holiday shouldn't exist but does?
I have no quibble with any holiday. An excuse to celebrate seems like a good idea to me.
67. What's the best joke you ever heard?
I know this is a meme and therefore subject to hyperbole, but I don't really do best and worst. However as I do with these things I will try to play along. I really have no way to answer this question. I'm not very good at telling jokes. I will say that Richard Pryor's stand up about his catching fire is perhaps one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
68. Where is the most fun place you have EVER been?
It isn't Disneyland. Being with people I love doing just about anything is good. (yes, even considering my present circumstances.) New Orleans was great. I can't think of any others right now.
69. Is your hair natural or dyed?
Yes, naturally gray. I tried dyeing it a bright red, but it didn't take. It was sort of pink for a couple of days.
70. Do you have any deep dark secrets or are you pretty much up front?
I'm pretty much up front. I don't share everything with everyone but I don't have any thing that I wouldn't mind people knowing.
71. What is under your bed right now?
Uh, dustbunnies? I think we have a Tupperware storage box under part of it, but the rest is pretty clear so I can use my lift. The base of my list has to go under the bed.

79. If the earth stopped rotating would we all fly off?
Silly question, of course not.
80. What is the one thing that you love to do so much that you would make sacrifices to be able to do it?
I make sacrifices just about every day to do one thing or another. In fact, that's what I'm working on in my life these days. Figuring out how to set up my life so I will be able to do multiple things without help. So if I get bored with one thing I can change to another rather than have to decide how my whole day is going to go. It's been a slow process but I'm solving some problems.
81. If you (and everyone) had to lose one right or freedom, but you could pick which one everyone had to lose, what would you pick?
Freedom to bear arms.

I used to bowl in college. Well, it was more like shuffleboard. I used a stick with a half circle on the other end that I could use to push my bowling ball down the alley.
91. In Star Trek people 'beam' back and forth between different places. What this means is they stand in a little tube and their molecules are deconstructed and sent to another tube somewhere else where they are reassembled. Only problem is when the molecules are deconstructed the person is dead. When they are put back together it is only a clone that has all the dead person's memories. So...
