I know that I have a lot of depression and much of it is caused by anger/frustration. I would have enjoyed expressing some of my anger and frustration on the mugger.
It's just the worst to feel helpless, and in that situation you so totally were that. I can imagine that there was just so much about yesterday that was as hard for you as for loracs.
Yesterday, I was a bit of a nut until I saw her.
