I am sick. I didn't sleep worth a damn last night. I'm sure loracs didn't sleep much either and I feel guilty about that. No real response needed, I just needed to whine somewhere.

Why do you feel guilty? Do you think that you kept her from sleeping?

I know I kept her from sleeping. I didn't go to bed till late. I only slept maybe an hour and then had loracs get me up because I was having trouble coughing up junk from my throat. I stayed up awhile and then did manage to go back to sleep for a little while, but got up with loracs rather than wait for my morning attendant. Again because I was having trouble coughing things up.

Man, that couching up thing really sucks. I'm sure that loracs understands though.
