Jul. 18th, 2007 02:51 pmGuess what? I have "walking" pneumonia. I didn't sleep at all last night. Almost went to the emergency room. By morning I decided to see if I could get a same day appointment with my doctor, but he was out so I saw a nurse practitioner. Called for appointment about 9:00 am, got one for 10:45 am. I was ready to go home with a prescription for tetracycline and an inhaler. Costing me a grand total of four dollars. Who says government run health care can't work? Hopefully I'll be able to sleep tonight. Don't know what I'll do if I can't.
