OKCupid put someone in my "quiver" (such an awful term) who is only a 41% match. Is that really a recommendation? I wonder how she's 41% Match and yet only 39% friend. How does that work? The real kicker is she is 56% enemy!!! I am amused.

Check your search criteria. The quiver chooses people who match your search criteria, so if your search is set to sort on something other than match percentage (like, say, distance or age), that could explain it.
