Vague Wisdom

I'm doing fine. At this point, it's my pride that feels abused. I take a certain amount of satisfaction in how I get through life as a person with a disability. This was just one of those times I was less elegant than I'd like to be. The joystick survived without a scratch. The bar that holds my joystick is pretty flexible which is probably how it got under the counter in the first place.
