I got this from several people. It's overly dramatic. I don't have the same health issues as those with Lupus, but I do have to approach my life like I have a limited amount of spoons. It's not really a theory, it's an illustration but that's what they're calling it. The Spoon Theory.

Just so you know

Gary Heavin, owner of the popular Curves women's exercise studio chain, donates 10 percent of his companies profits and 80 percent of his personal net salary to "charities" which include anti-abortion groups, like the radical Operation Save America (successor to Operation Rescue).
