Arnold, "audit everything" is *not* a plan for fiscal recovery. It's how to asses the problem. If you're not raising taxes, What are you cutting from the budget?

I probably shouldn't have made it just about Arnold. I had just heard his commercial for the 111th time. All the Republicans should respond to the question. They all love to say no new taxes, but they're real fuzzy about where they propose to cut for a balanced budget.
