Fifty foods you should eat before you die.... (Things I've eaten are in bold.)
1. Fresh fish
2. Lobster
3. Steak
4. Thai food
5. Chinese food Interesting that the whole of Thai and Chinese cuisine gets gets reduced to one item like, "steak".
6. Ice cream
7. Pizza
8. Crab
9. Curry I once found a peanut sauce (which contains Curry) in a long defunct restaurant. Never found a Curry like it but I couldn't get enough of the stuff.
10. Prawns
11. Moreton Bay Bugs
12. Clam chowder
13. Barbecues At least they know there are different kinds of barbecue! I'm not a huge fan of barbecue. Many of them fall into my meat should not be sweet category. Although that is not as hard and fast a rule as it once was.
14. Pancakes
15. Pasta
16. Mussels Yuck!
17. Cheesecake
18. Lamb
19. Cream tea I've no idea what cream tea is.
20. Alligator way too chewy in my mind.
21. Oysters
22. Kangaroo
23. Chocolate
24. Sandwiches Given this could be anything served on bread, how could anyone not have tried a sandwich?
25. Greek food
26. Burgers
27. Mexican food
28. Squid
29. American diner breakfast
30. Salmon
31. Venison
32. Guinea pig I have had guinea pigs for pets. They don't have much meat on them at all. Unless I was forced through fairly extreme circumstances I doubt guinea pig will ever be on my menu.
33. Shark
34. Sushi
35. Paella I wasn't particularly impressed given how people rhapsodize over this dish, I wouldn't mind trying a good version.
36. Barramundi I don't know what this is
37. Reindeer
38. Kebab
39. Scallops
40. Australian meat pie
41. Mango
