Here's the deal:

If you leave a comment requesting a quick analysis, I will *try* to respond about the following

1. I'll respond with something random I like about you.
2. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.
3: I'll name something we should do together.
4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me).
5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
6. I'll leave you a quote that is somehow appropriate to you.
7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.
8. If I do this for you, please post this on your journal so you can do the same for other people.

Look, I got involved in this because I was curious about what someone would say about me. I was raised catholic, so I felt obligated to post this and try to provide commentors my analysis. I've no idea if I'm any good at this. As [personal profile] rmjwell said: i will answer these, but it may take a few days. and you all are totally off the hook on number 8--i'm sure that those of you who wanted to do this have done so already.

1. I like how you play in your everyday life.
2. Team America. I don't seem to be in a music mood today, oddly. For some reason I also want to list All the Presiden's Men.
3: *eyebrow wiggle* :) or actually, go to a concert.
4. Bed dancing.
5. Seeing your Birkenstock clad feet at the BART station. Can I still tell
you a secret?
6. "Revolution is not a onetime event". Audre Lorde.
7. What do you think are the biggest influences on your personal worldview/philosophy/ethics?

Tell me a secret!

And I'm not sure on #7. I am easily influenced, in general, I think, and there's a part of me that wants the world to be good and fair, so if someone comes along and says "the world can be good and fair if we do X", I'm inclined to believe them. I think I've gotten more wise about assessing the source, but that seems to be the operating principle for me. I want things to be good, and to be fair, and I try to figure out what will make them that way. It's why I keep trying to be ethical even if it doesn't get me anything, because I perceive that as the way that life could be good and fair -- if everyone did the ethical thing as often as possible, regardless of the cost to herself.
