Red

1. Closest red thing to you?: a cup
2. Last thing to make you angry?: I’m still angry/depressed about some life stuff that I have to figure out.
3. Do you have a temper?: Unfortunately, I do. I'm working on it.
4. Are you a fan of romance?: No. I'm a fan of thoughtfulness. I like it when I think of just the right thing to show, or give, or make aware of, to my partners, but I'm not really the champagne, caviar buy something expensive just because it's expensive kind of guy.


Orange

1. Closest orange thing to you?: The cover of _Origami Striptease_ is kind of orange.
2. Do you like to burn things?: When I was young, I went through a bit of a Pyro phase, but I don't anymore. When I was doing more altar work I found using a lighted candle very helpful for focusing. I still like watching fire in the fireplace or a candle burning.
3. Dress up for Halloween?: I don't although I'm not averse to getting dressed up in a costume.
4. Are you usually a warm-hearted person?: I would like to think so
5. Are you usually full of energy?: Not really


Yellow

1. Closest yellow thing to you?: I guess there's a manila envelope in the bookcase. Is that yellow?
2. The happiest time[s] of your life?: I have lots of happy days, just not lately. :-)
3. Favorite holiday: Thanksgiving and Mardi Gras although I don't celebrate the latter.
4. Are you a coward?: I would like to think I'm brave.
5. Do you burn or tan?: I burn then tan.


Green

1. Closest green thing to you?: A tissue box
2. Do you care about the enviroment?: No, can't stand it. :-) Of course I care about the environment where else would I live?
3. Are you jealous of anyone right now?: Not actively jealous. I'm sure there are times when I think I sure would like to be doing...
4. Are you a lucky person?: Very
5. Do you always want what you can't have?: Hardly ever and certainly not just because I can't have it.
6. Do you like being outdoors?: I tell people all the time that I am more of an indoor boy. I like being outdoors though. I'm not much for being cold or wet so I'm not really an outdoorsy kind of guy.
7. Are you Irish?: I mostly Danish and Irish.


Blue

1. Closest blue thing to you?: An HP photo paper storage bag
2. Are you good at calming people down?: I seem to have a talent for it. I go into my "network" mode. Network was what they called the crisis intervention phone line at my college. I worked there as a phone counselor for a couple of years.
3. Do you like the sea?: I do.
4. What was the last thing that made you cry?: Oh probably some stupid movie. I seem to save up all my crying for schmaltzy movie's
5. Are you a logical thinker?: I can be
6. Can you sleep easily?: I used to have trouble going to sleep, but I haven't in years.


Purple

1. Closest purple thing to you?: I honestly can't find anything around here that I would call purple.
2. Like being treated to expensive things?: Not really. There are things that I like that are probably expensive but I don't like them because they are expensive. I’m much more likely to be worried that people are spending too much money on me. Gimme a book, make me some shortbread for example and I'm a happy camper.
3. Do you like mysterious things?: Yes I do. Mysteries, puzzle's, word games love that stuff.
4. Favorite type of chocolate?: Except for some of the really serious dark chocolate, I like most chocolate. I'm not particularly a snob about chocolate either Hershey's will often do just as well as fancy chocolate although I do appreciate finer chocolates.

5. Ever met anyone from an online community: Sure, of special note, one of the loves of my life!
6. Are you creative?: I can be.


Pink

1. Closest pink thing to you?: There is some pink paper on the bookcase
2. Do you like sweet things?: Yes..
3. Like play-fighting?: I have hardly ever done it. I have one memory of wrestling with a college friend. He had the same disability as I did and our strength was pretty even. The physical struggle was fun.
4. Are you sensitive?: Yes, although I can cope well enough that only people who are very close to me know it.
5. Do you like punk music?: Its not a particular favorite, but I like some of it. I can't think of a genre music that I don't like something from.


White

1. Closest white thing to you?: A piece of paper on my desk
2. Would you say you're innocent?: As the freshly falling snow. :-) I'm 48 years old, take a guess.
3. Always try to keep the peace?: Only around my blood family.
4. How do you imagine your wedding?: I don't.
5. Do you like to play in the snow?: Its way to cold! Maybe for a minute but then I want hot coffee or hot chocolate
6. Are you afraid of going to the doctors or dentist?: I don't like going but I'm not afraid.


Black

1. Closest black thing to you?: My TV remote
2. Ever enjoy hurting people?: No
3. Are you sophisticated or silly?: Lots more silly! I'm not sophisticated at all.
4. Would you like to go to space?: In a New York minute!.
5. Do you have a lot of secrets?: I have some.
6. What is your favorite color?: Red, sometimes black
7. Does the color you wear affect your mood?: I don't think so. If I'm wearing something that I think I look good in (which hardly ever happens) that makes a happy.

I seem to recall a knife verse's spatula fight we had as kids. The spatula still has the dent in it the knife caused when we crossed swords.
And yes you are one if the most warm hearted persons I know.

I don't remember that fight, but that's not unusual. You seem to remember a *lot* more about our childhood than I do.
