one step back. It wasn't exactly unexpected, but I did have hopes. I am surprised that the decision was 6 to 1. Everyone was assuming it would be 3 to 4. I guess it's back to the ballot box. The one bit of good news is that all those who were married get to continue to have their marriages recognized by the government. Given recent decisions in other states, I can't imagine that this inequity will continue.
