On the one hand, I was moaning to another disabled friend about the upcoming anniversary as we passed one of Frank Lloyd Wright's fabulously central spiral buildings, the city bus let off one person in a scooter and another using a wheeled walker. So, some things have moved from possibility to reality.
On the other hand, I was visiting someone a mile away and a contractor had parked their dumpster in the 1 of 2 spots. So far, so common. But then they climbed on top of the dumpster and covered the "access parking" sign with a garbage bag.

On the other foot, ADA Amendments Act.
I gotta keep reminding myself that social justice is the work of decades, not weeks.
