I guess my taste in television doesn't align with most people. Of the new shows this year, most of my favorites are gone. After rhapsodizing about Drive, it got canceled after two episodes aired. The Nine is gone as is The Black Donnelly's. Studio 60 is still not officially canceled, but it certainly looks like it's headed that way. Evidently my tastes in television, sucks!

We really enjoyed Drive, too! And I liked Studio 60, although I liked the first half of the season better (when it was an ensemble show about making a tv show) than the second (when it was about a old man stalking a younger woman and his best friend who is verbally abusive of the woman he purports to love).

Our taste doesn't suck: taste isn't run by democracy. There just aren't enough people like us to sell advertising for.

We are the chorus and we agree. Although I love his dialogue even when I detest it. If that makes any sense.

*nods* my comments were intended pretty tongue-in-cheek, but being almost 50 I'm never the demographic they're looking for these days unless they're talking adult diapers or little blue pills. :-)
