Date: 2003-10-22 06:04 pm (UTC)This is why the original "compatibility" test went from 20% to 120% -- inflated numbers make people feel good, and reflect the obvious fact that people on your friends list should have some assumed innate compatibility. They received numerous complaints from people disturbed by the concept of "106% compatibility"
For this test, they went with more mathematically sound calculations, and came up with numbers we think of as "less representative" of our own compatibility.
LJMatch just can't win for losing. ;)
